Just the sense that something is off. That what used to work, no longer does. Not visibly. But enough to matter. No immediate crisis.
But not something you can ignore anymore. At that point, you don’t have the luxury of time.
Decisions need to be made. With imperfect information. And real consequences.
Is this the team to take us forward? Where are we exposed? What needs to change — now, not later?
These are not theoretical questions. They determine whether the next phase works — or doesn’t.
